Dunfa Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Dunfa Group Co., Ltd., established in 2007. Dunfa Group Co., Ltd. has Shenzhen Dunfa Technology Co., Ltd. and Haorui Electronics Co., Ltd. under its jurisdiction.
The company designs, produces and sells various infrared, Bluetooth voice, and wireless remote controls; ODM, OEM design, production and processing of various PCBAs; design, production and sales of various toy lights, controllers and other products. The cooperative customers are all over the world, including JVC, Midea, Changhong, TCL, Caixun, TPV, HKC, NEC, PHILCO, PHILIPS, etc.
The factory is about 10,000 square meters, with a total of 300-350 employees, an experienced management team and strong independent R&D and design capabilities, with a monthly production capacity of more than 3 million/pcs. The electronic assembly capacity has a daily production capacity of more than 4 million SMT patches and 1 million plug-ins. We produce in accordance with the IPC-A-610H electronic assembly acceptance standard, implement strict process management, and standardize IQC, IPQC, OQA and other quality control processes. The circuit board production has passed TS16949, UL, CE, ROHS certification, etc. The purpose is "quality first, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction". Equipped with 5 high-speed patch production lines, 5 DIP plug-in production lines, 12 assembly lines, AOI optical inspection instrument, automatic solder paste printer, automatic solder paste inspection machine, XRAY, lead-free wave soldering, upper and lower 10 temperature zone reflow soldering, PCBA functional test frame, aging, board loading machine, cleaning tools, etc. At the same time, a professional R&D laboratory is set up with 8 professional engineers to cooperate with customers to conduct general functional tests, test point tests, as well as path, noise, waveform, drop and temperature tests.
